What you need to upload with your application?
Depending upon your application level, you will need to upload certain mandatory documents. Please follow the instructions below, if you are NOT sure what to do, especially in the section Research (for application levels 12 to 13A and 13A to 14)
If you DO NOT know how to combine mutiple PDF files into a single PDF file, you look at the Internet to see how to do it. For example, this site explains how to combine multiple PDF files into a single one in a Windows, MAC, and in a Linux computer. You can also visit this Adobe site to see how to combine multiple PDF files into a single PDF file online for free.
DO NOT upload papers, if it is available online. For exanple, if your publication is indexed by SCOPUS or Web of Science, you NEED NOT upload anything. For Print ONLY journal, upload only the first page of the article which clearly shows your name as the author, publisher's name, and the name of the journal. Combine all such 'first pages' into a single PDF file, if possible.
If you have authored any books, we need the cover page of the book, where your authorship and publisher's name is clearly displayed along with the title and the ISBN. In case you have multiple such books, you should combine the copies of the cover pages of all books into one PDF file, if possible.
In this case, we need the title page of the work, where your role along with the publisher's name is clearly visible along with the ISBN of the work (in case of a book) or the DOI number (in case of an article). Combine all the pages into a single PDF file before uploading, if possible.
For research guidance, we need the PhD award letter copy in case the degree is awarded and the submission confirmation letter in case the thesis is submitted but degree is NOT awarded. Again combine all such pages inti a single PDF file, if possible.
For sponsored research projects, we need the copy of the grant letter. Combine multiple pages into a single PDF file, if possible.
Patent & Fellowship
For patents, we need the patent grant letter or the publication letter. For fellowship, we need the fellowsip award letter with the clea mention ofthe awarding agency and scope of the fellowship. Combine multiple pages into a single PDF file, if possible.
In this section, we need a certificate of participation OR an invitation letter. Combine multiple pages into a single PDF file, if possible.
